PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: August 13, 2026

Ignite Business Consulting LLC (“Ignite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, enroll in a class, or communicate with us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, class or service interest, preferred class format, message content, enrollment details, and communication preferences. We may also collect standard website information such as device type, browser, pages visited, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, manage class enrollment and scheduling, process and verify transactions, send service-related communications, provide customer support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and—when you have expressly opted in—send SMS messages described below.

3. SMS Messaging and Consent

If you separately check the SMS consent box and submit your telephone number, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages from Ignite Business Consulting LLC about your inquiry, classes, appointments, enrollment, and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We retain records of SMS consent as reasonably necessary to document your preferences. You may revoke consent at any time using any reasonable method, including replying STOP or contacting us directly.

4. Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to provide the messaging service or as required by law.

5. Other Disclosures

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our website, process payments, deliver communications, maintain records, or provide customer support. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe and eligible payment-method providers. Ignite does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Their collection and use of payment information is governed by their respective privacy notices.

7. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and to meet legal, accounting, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

8. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. You may unsubscribe from email using the instructions in a message and may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. The effective date above will show when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated as required by law.
